Packing For Framed Artwork
We take pride in careful packaging of your purchased artwork. All framed pictures are:
- wrapped in bubble wrap
- sandwiched between layers of thick cardboard
- packed in a sturdy box
We have packed a huge number of pictures and successfully sent them all over New Zealand and to Australia. However, in the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged we will print and send a replacement at no extra charge. Please keep all the packaging and email us for more information.
Packing Unmounted Photographs
Unframed and unmounted photographs are easily shipped and are a great option for sending to destinations outside of NZ and Australia ready for you to have framed yourself.
Smaller A4 size prints are flat packed with extra card board, bubble wrapped and sent in a water proof courier bag. For larger prints, each print is carefully wrapped in acid free tissue and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.
Shipping Information
- PICKUP: Pickup option from our Ranfurly Gallery is available. All items can be picked up.
- SOUTH ISLAND SHIPPING: Current rates for a tracked courier are $20 - $40 per item and shipping takes around 1-3 working days.
- NORTH ISLAND SHIPPING: Current rates for a tracked courier are $30 - $60 per item and shipping takes around 2-4 working days.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : International shipping is available on most products on this website but shipping will need to be worked out on an individual basis & processed manually depending upon your location. Please contact us with your order summary & shipping address and Janyne will email you back with the shipping cost. Often it is best for artworks to be sent overseas as rolled photos as this is often much more cost effective.
