Damaged?

You will need to lodge the return, then send us a photo of the damaged artwork via email for approval (janyne@janynefletcher.co.nz). Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to send the product back to us.  Once the item has been received, we will send you a replacement or we can and issue a refund for the product purchase price. You need to lodge the return within 10 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new art piece and are completely satisfied with your order.   If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, please notify us and return your item within 14 days. The artwork must be in original condition to receive a refund for a change of mind.

We do not accept returns for items shipped outside of New Zealand and we are unable to support exchanges through our online store.   Please notify us via email janyne@janynefletcher.co.nz (within 14 days of your purchase arriving) that you would like to return and/or exchange your item.

Please send your return to: Janyne Fletcher Photographer, 90 Caulfeild Street, Ranfurly, Central Otago 9332.  We recommend you use a tracked courier, as we can not take responsibility for lost returns. Return courier is the responsibility of the customer.
