Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:‬

‭Please allow 2 - 2 and a half weeks to process your order. Expect an email within this time to let you‬ know your order is on the way!‬

‭ STORE PICKUP - 7 Charlemont St, Ranfurly, Central Otago

‭ Orders can be picked up on Monday, Wednesday to Friday  9.30AM-3.30PM, Saturday 10:00am - 3.00PM, Tuesday and Sunday:  Closed
An email will be sent when your order is ready for‬‭ pickup.‬

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:‬

‭Orders are generally shipped within 2- 2 and half weeks using NZ Post or Post Haste on a two day service.

Shipping charges for‬‭ your order will be calculated and‬  displayed at checkout.‬

For the 12 months from 1 September 2025 NZ Shipping rates are as follows:

South Island

Envelope or Voucher 0.0 - 0.15 kg         Free

Light Weight 0.16kg - 1.0kg                    $15

Standard Shipping 1.1kg - 4.99kg          $24

Heavy Goods Courier 5.0kg - 10.0kg     $48

North Island

Envelope or Voucher 0.0 - 0.15 kg         Free

Light Weight 0.16kg - 1.0kg                    $17

Standard Shipping 1.1kg - 4.99kg          $34

Heavy Goods Courier 5.0kg - 10.0kg     $68

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:‬

‭ We offer international shipping to Australia and other countries by enquiry and customised quotation.

For the 12 months from 1 September 2025 Australia Shipping rates are as follows:

South Island

Envelope or Voucher 0.0 - 0.15 kg         $5

Light Weight 0.16kg - 1.0kg                    $43

Standard Shipping 1.1kg - 4.99kg          $75

Heavy Goods Courier 5.0kg - 10.0kg     $115

Shipping‬‭ charges for your order will be calculated‬ and displayed at checkout.‬

‭‭Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once‬ a shipment reaches your destination country. Janyne Fletcher  is not responsible for these‬ charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.‬

‭REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES‬

‭Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy for any reason about your order. We do not refund if you have changed your mind about an order so please make your decision carefully.

If your artwork arrives damaged we will print and send a replacement at no extra charge. Please keep all the packaging, email us as soon as possible‬ at janyne@janynefletcher.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
