This artwork captures the serene, layered landscapes reminiscent of the subtle and sophisticated printmaking techniques of New Zealand Artist Marilyn Webb. She was celebrated for her evocative landscapes and environmental themes, often reflecting the natural beauty and cultural significance of New Zealand's landscapes which are themes that I enjoy exploring. 

This composition blends gentle tones of earth and sky, with soft, fluid lines delineating the rolling hills and calm waters.  This image won a Silver Distinction award at the 2024 Iris Photography Awards run by the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography.
